Ο όμιλος επιχειρήσεων Δ.ΤΖΑΜΠΑΖΗΣ Α.Ε. αξιοποίησε το ιδιόκτητο οικόπεδο – εκτάσεως 673 περίπου τετραγωνικών μέτρων - στην Καλαμαριά Θεσσαλονίκης οδός Καλαβρύτων, κατασκευάζοντας ένα υπερπολυτελές κτίριο κατοικιών αποτελούμενο από τουλάχιστον 20 διαμερίσματα και υπόγειες θέσεις στάθμευσης.
Το παραπάνω οικόπεδο, όμορο του κατά δυο χρόνων παλαιότερα αξιοποιηθέντος γωνιακού οικοπέδου επι των οδών Καλαβρύτων & Παπαδιαμάντη, είχε μελετηθεί ώστε να ακολουθεί πλήρως τις μοντέρνες σχεδιαστικές γραμμές και τα αρχιτεκτονικά στοιχεία της περιοχής δίνοντας ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στις σύγχρονες ανέσεις που προσφέρει η χρήση της τελευταίας τεχνολογίας.
Φιλοδοξία της κατασκευαστικής εταιρείας ήταν να ολοκληρωθεί το έργο σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα, συνδράμοντας στις ανάγκες της περιοχής όπου η ζήτηση για ένα αρτιμελές, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κτήριο κατοικιών είναι εμφανής.
THE LOCATION
The 7-store building takes place near the center of Thessaloniki, on a very popular and busy road. The area, which was very carefully chosen, is full of shops, schools, medical centers and every kind of aspect a resident of a big city requires. The distance from the airport is approximately 15km. The location is very close to company’s headquarters and the coastal road of Thessaloniki. It is a wealthy but affordable area that can meet the expectations even of the most demanding customers.
DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING
Built in a plot owned by the company, the structure is consisted of about twenty (20) apartments, approximately 55sqm-180sqm. All apartments are surrounded by balconies for taking advantage of the great Greek weather, which most of the year is sunny and warm. All modern, simple lines and decorative, achieve a remarkable combination of functionality and modern amenities ensuring the perfect result. The project was fulfilled 5 months ago.
There is an underground parking area located 4m, under earth. Special treatment and calculations took place as far as concerning the anti-seismic behavior of the structures. Because of the depth the foundations are constructed we have managed to improve the structures durability.
